Application Procedures
- Fill out the online application form below.
- Print all forms (Form A, B, and C) generated.
- Take Form B to your department. After the HOD's signature, take it to Student Affairs.
- Take Form A & C directly to Student Affairs.
Important: You must pay for the form before submitting:
- President, Vice President and Sec. Gen: ₦10,000
- SRA: ₦3,000
- All other offices: ₦5,000
